Dan has a BA in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business. He lives in Washington DC with his wife, son and daughter, and spends his free time driving his kids to hockey and dance lessons. Prior to joining Center Creek Homes, Debra spent many years as a senior manager with Sheridan Interiors, a leading design firm in Wilton CT. Prior to that she was a Portfolio Manager in private banking at Merrill Lynch and a sell-side Real Estate Equity Analyst at Compass Point Research & Trading. She was most recently the Vice President of Investments at The Promise Home, where she managed acquisitions and asset management.

Mo combined their passion for social justice with their passion for construction by working for Richmond Habitat for Humanity for several years, helping build affordable housing in the Richmond area. Sean grew up in Henrico County, graduating from Hermitage High and Hermitage Tech Center. He spent several years at Old Dominion University, eventually finding his way to the construction industry where he has remained ever since. Sean has built many strong relationships within the industry and has worked in several cities during his tenure, building homes under the multifamily umbrella in the Raleigh/Durham Triangle area, Southwest VA, as well as Tidewater VA. Nate Van Epp is the Vice President of Development for Center Creek Homes.

Our all-female Alzheimer’s neighborhood is secured requiring key pad entry and exit to protect our residents from un-safe wandering. Activities are specially designed for women with memory challenges and are designed to create a positive, stimulating environment. When it comes time for you to visit a Center Creek home, our team is happy to either meet on site or schedule a walkthrough video tour. If you choose to visit one of our homes in person, you will find hand sanitizer and disposable gloves adjacent to the entry for use while you are inside.

You’ll also have the opportunity to speak directly with experts and receive helpful insider advice to turn your dream home or other home improvement project into a reality. He holds a MS in Taxation from Bentley University, a Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College. She was formerly a Case Manager for the YWCA on anti-violence programs, and also served as a Victim Advocate at the National Center for Victims of Crime. Nate has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business. He is active in the Urban Land Institute, where he has served on national product councils and as the Co-Founder of the Young Leaders Group for the Washington, DC District Council.

Chris has 10 years of in-depth construction experience as a former estimator, and a former project manager. As a commercial roofing estimator, Chris worked for Baker Roofing Company in Raleigh, NC and he worked as a project manager for ARCO Design/Build, a large commercial and industrial general contractor out of Atlanta, GA. After you contract on a new home, this is where you’ll come to make it unique from the cabinets to the doorknobs.
Gaten has previously worked for numerous museums, an office supply company, as well as his local city hall. Sean Epps is a Construction Superintendent for Center Creek Builders. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of single-family homes under construction. He has worked in the construction industry for 30 years. Chris Barnhardt runs the day today Project Management for all Center Creek Homes projects and has helped deliver 50+ homes in the Richmond area.
